New Multi-family Development at 4816 Roblin Boulevard

Thank you for following the progress of the 4816 Roblin Boulevard Multi-family Project.

Following the conclusion of the public engagement process, additional updates have been made to the drawing package including the below items:

1. Building has been shortened by 35 ft (10.67 m)

2. Additional trees/landscaping added to provide additional landscape screening for the single-family homes on the west side of the church parking lot.

   • Large coniferous trees added within a 3m landscape buffer along the west side of the church parking lot

   • Additional trees along the west side of the proposed residential building

   • Expanded existing parking island in the church parking lot
